This is one brand new headlight switch from Motorcraft. The Ford service part number for this item is F5RZ-11654-U, and the Motorcraft part number is SW5061.  This is for a 1995-1996 Mercury Mystique equipped with fog lights. This is a brand new part; it has never been installed on a vehicle.  This is not a reproduction or copy or remanufactured part.
